Discounts may be available for less than 4 people sharing, early booking, last minute booking and bookings for 7 nights or more. Please contact us for full details.
Our prices include local VAT, end of stay cleaning, linen, towels, electric and heating. Local tourist tax, currently Euro 1.68 per adult per night, is not included.
We accept bookings starting and ending on any day of the week. This allows you to be as flexible as you wish with your holiday planning and take advantage of any airline ‘midweek special’ that may be offered!
Payment
A 10% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque in Euro or Sterling or through the PayPal system (please contact owners for this option).
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified to us in writing either by e-mail or letter.
Charges:
Up to 4 weeks before travel 10%
Less than 4 weeks before or during holiday 100%
Continental Breakfast
We offer our guests continental breakfast served in the comfort of your apartment at a cost of 6.00 Euro per person per day. This should be booked in advance.
